& Employee Programs

Emotionally intelligent mindfulness programs and curricula custom tailored to meet organizational needs and support employee wellbeing.

Sessions can be offered on site, virtually, or in a hybrid format for:

  • Increasing employee wellbeing and engagement with company values
  • Supporting values-based leadership
  • Improving team communication and productivity

Programs may include a blend of:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion in a series of custom designed workshops or classes
  • Mini-sessions (35 minutes), with guided mindfulness techniques and Q&A
  • 1:1 mindfulness coaching and micro-techniques

Core competencies for employee wellbeing and mindful leadership addressed in these programs:

  • Embodiment: Ability to connect to the body
  • Ability to stay in the present, focus, steady the mind through a regular practice, with non-judgmental awareness
  • Ability to calm, ground
  • Broad-based awareness of self: ability to observe and see patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that are unhelpful.
  • Awareness of perceptual bias
  • Acceptance: Ability to be with whatever is happening, internally or externally, with curiosity and non-judgment.
  • Understanding stress reactivity and practicing interrupting the cycle
  • Self-compassion and self-kindness
