Bring more clarity, calm, and compassion
to life

Why practice mindfulness?

Mindfulness is moment-to-moment awareness of our inner and outer experience with acceptance, curiosity and non-judgment. Practicing mindfulness is a foundation for reducing stress and increasing happiness and resilience.

Mindfulness helps us to experience other people and the world with more immediacy and aliveness. We can be more fully present for and compassionate with friends and loved ones, more focused during meetings and for work tasks, more aware of our emotional and physical needs.

Mindfulness practice quickly brings insights into habitual ways of thinking and behaving, empowering us to make healthy changes and respond wisely to challenges.

Benefits of practicing mindfulness—for as little as 12 minutes per day—documented in research studies include improvements in focus, physical and mental health, relationships and productivity, and increased life-satisfaction.

“I do this work because I’m passionate about helping people live happier, healthier and more creative lives.

I enjoy giving people tools for reducing stress, for increasing clarity, productivity and self-awareness, for cultivating kindness for themselves and others, and for grounding in their bodies in the present moment.

I teach from the perspective that ‘there is more right than wrong with us’.

Mindfulness has helped me bring a clearer mind and more receptive heart to whatever is happening day-to-day.”
